This project picks up seven subjects for trial out. As these subjects come from different departments with very diverse student backgrounds, it will be a very meaningful testing ground to witness a transformation of these subjects from a conventional mode to an E-mode of learning and teaching practices. As far as space reduction is concerned, all involved subjects will have minimised about one-third of their required physical space than before for the learning and teaching activities. What is more, this ESE Approach aims at working out a synergistical model that may eventually encourage more student involvement and promote in-class interaction via the use of educational technologies
The main learning tools this project attempt to use are 1. PANOPTO, 2. PADLET, 3. Blackboard Collaborate / alternative e-platforms, 4. UReply / YoTeach / Google Form. Each of these tools could facilitate and help with both “”learning”” and “”teaching”” activities in any direction.
