We are proposing a pilot project standing to be both a critical and competency pedagogy for one particular disadvantaged group, the poverty people. By developing an innovated module of teaching and learning, we are experimenting the possible co-creation and self-reflective process between the teachers, the students and the users which aim at impacting the further development of different social work subjects in different levels. We discerns the related perspectives of the three main stakeholders mentioned above with the alignment of the university’s strategic plans and social work program’s priority in teaching and learning.
