Many people probably used chatbot before on mobile phones and apps, but seldom found it employed as a supplementary pedagogical instrument. As there are increasing online learning opportunities, especially after the pandemic, it can be challenging for the unidirectional nature and lack of interactivity of the online environment, and chatbot can provide students with new experiences, stimulating and engaging them in the classes.
